1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and APPAI LABS ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Viraly mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Viraly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Viraly. By using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. License to use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, APPAI LABS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Viraly on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including your niche, goals, social handles, and other profile data. You grant APPAI LABS a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service's security or integrity
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law
