AppAI Labs ("we", "us") operates the UMaxxing mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Facial images and face geometry. When you run a scan, the App captures your face in one of two ways: (a) on devices with a TrueDepth camera, the front camera and Apple ARKit face tracking capture a 3D mesh of measurements/landmarks of your face plus still image frames (front, left, and right); or (b) you can choose photos of your face from your photo library (a front photo, optionally with left/right profiles), from which the App computes facial landmarks using Apple's on-device Vision framework. In both cases the geometric measurements are computed on your device — the 3D mesh and landmark data never leave it. Only the image frames and the computed numeric measurements are sent, over an encrypted connection, to our cloud analysis service to produce your report; the photos are not stored on our servers. We use this data solely to generate your cosmetic analysis — not for facial recognition or identification.
Profile information. The gender, age range, and goals you select during onboarding.
Analysis results. The scores, category breakdowns, recommendations, routine, and timestamps generated from your scans.
Account identifier. An anonymous identifier created by Firebase Anonymous Authentication so your data can be associated with your device. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
Subscription status. Whether you hold an active subscription (managed through the Apple App Store and our paywall provider). We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple processes payments.
