Looksmaxxing — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UMaxxing mobile application (the "App") provided by AppAI Labs ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. The App is rated 12+.

2. The service

The App uses your device camera and Apple ARKit to scan your face and provides cosmetic self-improvement analysis, scores, and a suggested routine. The analysis is generated in part by automated and AI systems and is provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only.

Not professional advice. The App is not medical, dermatological, psychological, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

The App creates an anonymous account tied to your device so your data can be stored. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require an auto-renewing subscription (UMaxxing Pro — $14.99/month, as shown in the App at the time of purchase).

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are handled by Apple and are also subject to Apple's Standard EULA and terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scan a face other than your own without that person's consent; misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App; use it unlawfully; or upload unlawful content.
