This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and ExplodeAI ("Company", "Licensor") for the use of ExplodeAI’s software, services, and related documentation (collectively, the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant

ExplodeAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with the terms of this EULA. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Application.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy or Modify: Reproduce, alter, or modify any part of the Application.
• Distribute: Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Application to any third party.
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Application or attempt to discover its source code, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Unauthorized Use: Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Application or interfere with other users' enjoyment of it.

3. Ownership

The Application and all intellectual property rights related to it are and shall remain the sole property of ExplodeAI. You acknowledge that the Application is licensed, not sold, to you. You have no ownership rights in or to the Application, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by ExplodeAI.

4. User Data and Privacy

By using the Application, you agree to ExplodeAI’s collection and use of personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. ExplodeAI respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Updates and Changes

ExplodeAI may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, enhancements, or fixes to the Application. These updates may be automatic or require you to download and install them. The terms of this EULA will apply to any updates unless the update is accompanied by a separate license agreement, in which case the terms of that license will apply.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. ExplodeAI may terminate this EULA immediately if you violate any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ExplodeAI does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements or be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Any use of the Application is at your own risk.
